Muster Stations read RuBee tags as a person walks by the station.

RuBee ID cards (can be in wallet) and asset tags (weapons, cell phones, laptops, keys) may be detected at normal walking speeds. Muster Stations may also be used for access control and as an issuance station.

Muster Stations come standard with programable voice enunciator, optional motion detector, optional display, optional keypad. Each unit has a RuBee router with multi angle antennas placed in the side panels. The stations have a Linux OS with JAVA and C++ programming environment. The units may be programed to meet a variety of user requirements. The Stations have 10/100 ethernet with full Dot-Tag plug-and-play, with optional POE.

Muster Stations come with optional display and keypad, can be programed and used for a variety of access control and check point functions. Typical sequence, user walks by portal with RuBee ID and a weapon. The Muster Station reads the ID and asks the person to enter his/her PIN to confirm identity. Unit checks after conformation for weapons, and confirms authorized weapons before allows user to go. If user leaves before completed alarms and voice message is played. These reads do not require that the person removes ID, can be read while in wallet or on neck lanyard.

In addition to weapons, the units may also be used to detect and report entry exit events for a variety of other assets (laptops, cell phones, classified materials, keys and notebooks).
